"Our A/C wasn’t working right. I called them late in the day and they still made it a point to come over and check it out. Jarvis was very kind and helpful. He gave me tips on how to properly clean the outside unit. He was very informative on the problems he found and told me everything he needed to do step by step. I was never unsure of what was happening. He got our A/C working, and cleaned the outside unit, which wasn’t even a part of the problem. He was very efficient, very thorough and addressed issues he saw that needed to be fixed in the future but weren’t urgent. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we received. They also didn’t charge an arm and a leg like most companies would. We will definitely be customers of Air Conditioning Unlimited for life."
